Elite Home Products Sews Up Efficiency, Service Gains with new Facilities and AccellosOne WMS

Elite Home Products, Inc. was struggling with outdated, fully manual warehouse operations, poor inventory visibility, and fulfillment errors as its business shifted to high-volume retail distribution and fast-moving drop-ship e-commerce orders. To solve these challenges, Elite Home Products turned to Accellos and its AccellosOne WMS software to better manage inventory, order processing, and warehouse workflows.

Accellos implemented AccellosOne WMS in a new single-story facility and integrated it with Sage Pro ERP and EDI systems, enabling wireless, real-time warehouse control, directed putaway, consolidated picking, and automated shipping verification. The project went live in just 36 days, improved inventory accuracy to 99%, reduced staffing needs, and increased throughput to as many as 8,000 parcels per shift while eliminating nearly all fulfillment errors.
