Christian Art Gifts, a distributor of books, journals, bookmarks, cards, and other gift items to about 1,000 retailers worldwide, needed a better way to manage its fast-growing U.S. warehouse. Its paper-based picking process in Microsoft Great Plains was causing confusion, duplicate work, lost lists, and poor visibility into order status, hurting efficiency and customer service.

Working with Accellos, Christian Art Gifts implemented AccellosOne Warehouse Management System (WMS), integrated with Microsoft Great Plains, and completed installation and training in just two weeks. The result was a paper-free warehouse that doubled shipping volume with the same staff, increased picking from 500 to 1,200 line items, improved inventory control and accuracy, and gave the company real-time visibility and better productivity tracking throughout the day.
