Verst Group Logistics, a Northern Kentucky-based third-party logistics provider with more than 4,000,000 square feet of warehousing across 14 buildings, needed to replace its aging warehouse management software as it expanded and diversified. Its old system had stalled in innovation, making it difficult to keep up with growth and the complexity of managing multiple clients, facilities, and packaging operations, so Verst turned to Accellos and AccellosOne Enterprise 3PL.

Accellos implemented AccellosOne Enterprise 3PL as the core platform for Verst’s warehouse operations, integrating it with EDI, reporting, alerts, labeling, transportation, and packaging systems. The rollout improved inventory accuracy and visibility, reduced lost merchandise and staffing needs, and helped orders ship fully and on time; one facility was reorganized from 135,000 square feet down to 80,000 square feet. Accellos also enabled Verst to convert warehouses at about one per month and support more than 200 customers with standardized, flexible workflows.
