Transimeksa, a fast-growing Lithuanian logistics operator based in Vilnius, needed to expand beyond freight forwarding into full third-party logistics while managing a new, larger warehouse and far more complex multi-client inventory. To support that shift, the company turned to Accellos and its AccellosOne Warehouse Management System to replace paper-based processes and spreadsheets with a scalable warehouse platform.

Accellos implemented AccellosOne WMS with multi-client inventory management, RF-directed putaway and picking, EDI, reporting, and integration with Transimeksa’s AGNUM business system. The result was a successful launch of full warehousing services and rapid growth: Transimeksa gained 13 3PL clients by year-end, including Ermitazas, and its new 3PL operation quickly reached 85% occupancy while handling inbound and outbound loads more accurately and efficiently.
