Budge Industries, a car-cover innovator with international retail, catalog, online, and OEM operations, needed to keep up with growing order volume while reducing manual work, redundant data entry, and fulfillment errors. To address this, Budge Industries turned to Accellos, using AccellosOne Warehouse Management System alongside Edisoft EDI, ICINITI Store, and Sage AccPac ERP.
Accellos implemented a fully integrated, configurable workflow that connected warehouse, EDI, web orders, and ERP systems so orders, shipping data, and invoices could flow automatically across the business. The result was faster warehouse operations, virtually eliminated fulfillment errors, simplified billing, and a projected ability to more than double shipment volume without adding much, if any, fulfillment staff.
