Agrostroj Pelhřimov, a long-established agricultural machinery निर्माता, was growing quickly and needed a better way to manage inventory across its expanded warehouse. With over 3,800 pallet positions and no system to track stock locations, workers relied on memory, causing long pick times and poor order accuracy. The company turned to Accellos for an AccellosOne Warehouse Management System (WMS) solution.

Accellos, working with partner Kodys, implemented a custom interface connecting Agrostroj’s ERP system to AccellosOne WMS and helped train staff through the transition. The result was a 50% increase in accuracy, pick times cut in half, and inventory and order accuracy reaching 98%, while also reducing errors, speeding sales order cycles, and enabling a new product line.
