Dutch Valley Foods, a long-running food distribution and manufacturing operation, needed a better way to manage rapid growth, thousands of SKUs, and strict FIFO requirements across its combined warehouse and production environment. Its existing ERP-based processes were no longer enough to track inventory, locations, and worker productivity accurately, so the company turned to Accellos and AccellosOne WMS.

Accellos implemented AccellosOne Warehouse Management System alongside Infor FACTS ERP, using barcode labeling and handheld RF devices to create real-time, paper-free receiving, picking, shipping, and lot tracking. The result was major operational improvement: inventory grew to more than 4,600 items without adding staff, picks per hour rose 34%, order accuracy reached 99.5%, and the company maintained true FIFO handling with product currency tracked to the minute.
