Quality Refrigerated Services INC, a 3PL cold storage warehousing company with multiple meat-focused facilities, needed a more flexible and reliable warehouse management system as its operations and customer requirements grew. Its older hosted WMS had become costly and difficult to maintain, so the company turned to Accellos and AccellosOne Enterprise 3PL, including a cloud-hosted option, to better support its specialized warehousing, kitting, and billing needs.

Accellos implemented the AccellosOne Enterprise 3PL Cloud solution on Amazon Cloud, and the upgrade was completed in about three weeks. The result was a seamless transition with no outages, stronger security and flexibility, improved inventory visibility and reporting, faster kitting and inventory counting, and more customizable billing; Quality Refrigerated Services also reported reduced IT involvement and the ability to automatically receive software upgrades from Accellos.
