Frialsa Frigorificos, a leading refrigerated third-party logistics provider in Mexico, needed to replace its paper-heavy legacy “Frio” system as its business grew to 20 warehouses and more than 350 customers. The old process was slow, labor-intensive, and prone to errors in inventory and customer records, creating challenges for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Accellos helped Frialsa move to AccellosOne Enterprise 3PL on a cloud platform to modernize operations.

Accellos implemented a hosted, standardized 3PL solution with RF-directed workflows, EDI connectivity, customer visibility through eVista, and reporting through d’Amigo. The results included lower operating costs, faster cycle counts, improved inventory accuracy, reduced paper and printing costs, and stronger productivity. Measurable gains included more than 50% faster inventory counts, over 80% lower count costs, 85% lower paper and printing costs at one site, and a 40% increase in volume with a 20% reduction in receiving, putaway, and picking time at another.
