Navigate360, the organization behind PBIS Rewards, needed a reliable virtual event platform for PBIScon when its planned in-person conference pivoted online. The team wanted a solution that would be easy for educators of all technical skill levels to use, integrate with Salesforce CRM, and remain cost-effective—especially compared with less flexible options like Cvent.

Using Accelevents, Navigate360 ran PBIScon successfully as a virtual conference with Accelevents Studio, branded event experiences, Salesforce and HubSpot integrations, and 90-day on-demand session access. The 2023 event drew 1,110 attendees from 1,400 ticket holders, earned strong NPS scores for the third year in a row, and gave Navigate360 a scalable platform it says it plans to keep using with Accelevents.
