Amdocs migrated cross-platform critical databases with Accelario

Amdocs, a multinational communications and media company, needed to migrate critical customer production databases across platforms while minimizing downtime. The project also required database structure changes, an upgrade to a newer Oracle version, and migration between two different operating systems, so Amdocs turned to Accelario and its Data Suite.

Accelario implemented the migration using Accelario Data Suite, delivering the shortest downtime and easiest process compared with other options Amdocs evaluated. The solution cut downtime windows by half while handling the required changes and upgrades as part of the migration, and it also reduced project cost and time.
