Nobex Radio, a global leader in streaming live radio content, needed to migrate a critical production database from Rackspace to AWS with minimal downtime. The company also wanted to upgrade from SQL Server 2005 to SQL Server 2014 and make database structure changes during the move, making the project especially complex.

Accelario provided the software to handle the migration, version upgrade, and database changes in one process. The result was a successful move to AWS EC2 with little downtime; Nobex reported that most of the delay was due to server and network performance between the two cloud providers, while Accelario enabled the migration to be completed quickly and efficiently.
