Delivered a Super-Charged Streaming Experience for New Zealand’s Biggest Pay TV Operator

Sky TV, New Zealand's largest pay-TV operator, faced the challenge of merging its Neon service with the recently acquired Lightbox platform. They needed to create a unified, super-charged streaming service with an updated user experience across all devices, all within a tight, multi-faceted, and time-sensitive project schedule. To achieve this, they partnered with the vendor Accedo for its front-end development expertise and multi-platform delivery experience.

Accedo led the front-end development and UX design for the new Neon application, efficiently delivering the project well ahead of schedule. The solution provided a seamless and easily navigated viewing experience, complete with a new Download & Go feature. As a result of Accedo's work, the new app launched successfully in July 2020 and immediately saw three times more engagement than the previous Lightbox service.
