TMX Atrium, a global financial‑services network provider with 30 POPs across 12+ countries, needed finer-grained performance visibility as customer SLAs demanded microsecond accuracy. Their routers’ IP & SLA monitoring could not deliver sub‑millisecond, bi‑directional latency measurements or scale with the firm’s growth, so TMX Atrium sought a future‑proof solution to isolate issues and prove ultra‑low‑latency performance.

Accedian deployed FPA‑based FS and FS 10G appliances plus Nano Smart SFP modules and the Vision Collect platform to deliver real‑time, sub‑ms latency sampling and an integrated QoS matrix across all sites.
