SK Telecom, South Korea’s largest mobile operator with 28 million subscribers, needed end-to-end visibility of QoS and QoE across a complex, multi-vendor network as it advanced toward 5G. Deployed in 12,000+ locations across six cities, the solution eliminated monitoring blind spots, enabled automated dynamic performance optimization and predictive analytics, and improved resilience and customer experience while supporting SK Telecom’s nationwide 5G rollout plans.
