Indexis is an independent Belgian service company that manages market data exchange for the electricity and gas markets, operating across two datacenters with 200+ heavily virtualized servers. Facing limited retention, poor visibility into virtual and IPv6 traffic, and insufficient troubleshooting data from their previous tool, Indexis needed a solution that would scale with datacenter volumes, provide longer historical retention, and integrate with existing tools to speed problem diagnosis and support migrations.
