Tarleton State University, a 12,500-student institution in Stephenville, Texas, struggled with a paper-based scholarship process before adopting AcademicWorks. Staff had to scan applications, manually enter data into a database, and send reviewers to a separate imaging system, making the process time-consuming and difficult to manage.

AcademicWorks implemented its scholarship management solution in 2013, including a nightly Banner export file to keep student data current.
