WWF‑Singapore’s Sustainable Finance team works with banks, investors and regulators to mainstream ESG into finance, but its training program was historically delivered in person and tracked manually. Faced with the need to scale during and after COVID‑19, the team needed a single source of truth for learner data, multi‑language support, strong customization and the ability to offer both free and paid courses with automated tracking and reporting.

They implemented Absorb LMS with eCommerce, Zoom/Microsoft Teams integrations, automation, deep branding and SOC2/GDPR/WCAG compliance, plus 24/7 support. The ASFI Academy launched in September 2021, onboarding 2,400 learners in pre‑launch testing and positioning the team to reach 10,000+ additional learners within two years, quickly exceeding early goals and generating revenue to fund new localized content and platform maintenance.
