A Absorb LMS Case Study
Social Accountability International (SAI) is an organization that provides training, policies and the Social Fingerprint® program to help organizations protect workers’ rights. Their required training was traditionally 2–5 days of instructor-led, classroom-based instruction per year, which created problems for global customers and led to poor knowledge retention and weak implementation of SAI’s recommendations.
To address this, SAI expanded to self‑paced, online and blended learning and acquired a learning management system to support the change. A Brandon Hall Group case study documents the move; the new approach made training more accessible for a worldwide audience and was intended to improve retention and the practical application of SAI’s guidance.
