OpsWerks, an IT services firm based in Mandaluyong, Philippines, runs an Academy Internship Program and an internal training program called The University to upskill new and existing engineers. The company faced technology sprawl—multiple point solutions (Canva, Google Suite, Slack, Pluralsight, Udemy, etc.)—which created heavy administrative overhead for Learning & Development and People Business Partners, causing repetitive manual tasks and slowing onboarding and course management.

OpsWerks selected Absorb LMS for its integration, collaboration, reporting, and mobile capabilities and rolled it into onboarding and L&D programs using Absorb’s Project Manager and content tools.
