Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), a national leader in pediatric care, built RADIAL (Radiology’s Intelligent Adaptive Learning) to centralize education for its radiology program—serving more than 500 fellows, residents, and staff. The department needed an LMS that bridged corporate and academic requirements: reliable mobile and remote access, asynchronous learning (critical during the pandemic), single sign‑on and API integration, and data capture to support scholarly research.
