Samsara, a fast-growing enterprise technology and IoT company, wanted to strengthen employee onboarding, engagement, retention, and belonging by scaling its mentorship program across a rapidly expanding workforce. To support this, Samsara chose Absorb LMS’s Together Mentoring Software to help manage employee connection at company scale.

Absorb LMS implemented Together with data-driven mentor-mentee matching, HRIS and calendar integrations, and reporting tools to track participation and program value. The result was companywide adoption with more than 1,000 of roughly 4,000 employees participating—about 25% of the workforce and 30% above goal—while feedback stayed strong at 3.97/4 from mentees and 3.92/4 from mentors.
