Enstall, a Dutch solar panel hardware company, needed a scalable way to deliver consistent training during COVID-19 and support rapid growth across Europe. With Absorb LMS, Enstall built its Enstall Academy to provide customer education, partner enablement, and internal training through eLearning, webinars, and hands-on sessions.

Absorb LMS helped Enstall launch a blended learning model with microlearning, on-demand webinars, SSO integration with its customer portal, and multilingual courses in seven European languages. The result was about 5,000 learners, 500 monthly active users, and a 70% course completion rate, along with stronger partner relationships, better data-driven decisions, and improved installation quality and safety.
