Coffee Central approached Absolute Design seeking to optimize the ordering process for their B2B customers. Absolute Design developed a Progressive Web App (PWA) using Magento Open Source to address these needs. The solution included a Quick Order feature for rapid reordering based on purchase history and a dedicated Service Request page for scheduling engineer callouts.
