Leominster Credit Union, a seven‑year customer of Abrigo’s BAM+ program, faced a core conversion from Fiserv to Corelation that threatened continuity of its BSA/AML processes. The credit union’s challenge was transferring data and reconfiguring BAM+ so it would “talk” to the new core while keeping AML/CFT monitoring simple and teachable for staff.
Abrigo worked with Leominster to collect the required data, manage the transfer, and reconfigure BAM+ for the Corelation environment, using its ticketing and support channels throughout the transition. As a result, BAM+ was successfully restored and tuned on the new core, improving usability, communication, and ease of training for new employees while maintaining the credit union’s AML/CFT oversight.
