GreenStone Farm Credit Services PPP Loan Forgiveness & Administration with Abrigo Continues Great Partnership

GreenStone Farm Credit Services, one of America’s largest rural lenders, turned to Abrigo to manage nearly 1,400 Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans through the loan forgiveness and administration phase after signing on with Abrigo during round two of funding. Facing unclear SBA guidance and the burden of manual E‑Tran portal entry, GreenStone adopted Abrigo’s Sageworks SBA Lending solution with E‑Tran integration to streamline forgiveness submissions, borrower documentation, and reporting.

Abrigo implemented its Sageworks SBA Lending solution—providing an E‑Tran‑integrated workflow, secure borrower portal and a centralized dashboard—allowing GreenStone to approve about 500 additional PPP loans in round two on top of nearly 1,000 from round one and to consolidate all loans in one system. The solution cut processing headcount dramatically (only a few credit staff versus roughly 20 if done manually), delivered SBA-ready documentation and reporting, and earned positive feedback from both GreenStone and the SBA for fast, responsive support.
