Envista Federal Credit Union centralizes compliance and risk management with Abrigo BAM+

Envista Federal Credit Union, a community-based institution with nearly $600 million in assets and 10 branches across Kansas, faced siloed, manual compliance and reporting as it converted from a state to a federal charter. To centralize workflows, improve consistency, and meet growing regulatory demands, Envista adopted Abrigo’s BAM+ software to streamline CTRs, OFAC checks, transaction monitoring, and suspicious-activity reporting.

Abrigo implemented configurable, centralized reporting and monitoring through BAM+, lifting reporting burdens from branch staff and improving data accuracy and consistency. The solution helped Envista pass its BSA audit, reduced weekly compliance alerts from about 500 to roughly 150, enabled the hire of two dedicated staff, and delivered a smooth onboarding experience with measurable efficiency gains for the credit union.
