Celebrating a year of team achievements

ASOS took their people development seriously and wanted a unique way to bring over 100 members of their People Experience team together to celebrate achievements and strengthen bonds. Their internal Academy partnered with Abracademy to design an engaging event that would help colleagues reconnect and recognize the collective magic they create.

Abracademy facilitated a day where the team participated in concurrent magic workshops, learning and performing tricks to build camaraderie. The event culminated in a grand performance that left colleagues inspired. The solution successfully helped the team align on shared values and vocalize ambitions for the future. Results were outstanding, with 95% of participants reporting feeling inspired and enthusiastic, and the event achieved a 94% overall engagement score.
