REA Group, a multinational digital business in property, needed a better way to secure email across both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace after acquiring a mortgage brokerage on Google Workspace. The company wanted an API-based solution that could improve detection of credential phishing and invoice fraud while reducing the number of phishing reports the security team had to investigate.

Abnormal AI implemented Inbound Email Security and AI Security Mailbox to provide a single dashboard across both email tenants, using behavioral AI to detect anomalies, block phishing and BEC/VEC attacks, and automate report handling.
