FranklinCovey Enhances Email Security and Efficiency with Abnormal

FranklinCovey, a global professional training and executive coaching firm, needed to stop advanced credential phishing and vendor email compromise (VEC) attacks that were evading its Microsoft 365 stack while also reducing the productivity drain from graymail. To gain an automated, low-touch solution that understands email intent, FranklinCovey selected Abnormal AI and deployed its Inbound Email Security, Email Productivity, Account Takeover, and Abuse Mailbox capabilities.

Abnormal AI used behavioral AI to baseline user and vendor behavior, automatically sort graymail, and automate investigation and remedial actions for compromised accounts. The deployment caught a BEC email within four days, filtered more than 176,000 graymail messages in 30 days, saved roughly 524 employee hours and 30 VIP hours in that period, and identified 135 high-risk compromised vendors—improving efficiency, reducing IT workload, and increasing employee trust in email.
