Hamilton County Schools partnered with ABM Industries to address custodial service challenges across its 85 sites and roughly 7 million square feet of facilities. The district had been dealing with high overhead, employee turnover, inadequate supervision, rising benefit costs, and declining service quality under its in-house custodial model.

ABM Industries outsourced all custodial services for the district, providing a team of 313 full-time employees along with grounds maintenance and construction cleanup support. The result was cleaner schools, higher staffing levels and employee productivity, stronger management oversight, and excellent customer service, leading Hamilton County Schools to extend its contract with ABM Industries.
