ABM Industries implemented an integrated facility management solution combining facilities management, hard services, and soft services, including CMMS, EH&S, energy services, maintenance, janitorial, landscaping, and support functions. As a result, Global Luxury Automaker reduced operating and maintenance costs, with the contract covering 6.5 million square feet, 120 employees, and 4,800 hours of service per week.
