The university wanted a guaranteed-savings solution with no initial cost to help lower operating expenses and improve energy stewardship while continuing to focus on current and future maintenance needs.

ABM Industries implemented a range of energy efficiency upgrades, including campus-wide lighting retrofits, boiler and chiller consolidation, retro-commissioning, a web-based control system, a new chilled water plant, and a geothermal cooling system.
