Beautifying an Orlando Resort through Landscape Maintance

Sheraton Vistana Resort, a 135-acre vacation ownership property in Orlando near Walt Disney World, needed its extensive grounds to stay pristine for thousands of owners and guests arriving each week. Managing nine homeowners’ associations, multiple pools and recreation areas, three restaurants, five tennis courts, three fitness centers, and an 18-hole miniature golf course required a landscape and turf services partner with the scale and attention to detail to keep everything looking fresh. ABM Industries provided the landscape and turf maintenance support.

ABM Industries delivered full-service landscape maintenance, including grounds policing, arbor care, irrigation, agronomics, moving, and pruning, while still providing personalized service. The resort has relied on ABM for more than 15 years, with a full-time on-site staff of 26, several team members with over 10 years of tenure, and the same ABM management in place for more than five years—helping create a strong, trusted partnership and consistently well-kept grounds for guests and owners.
