Aladdin Airport Parking, operated by ABM Industries, needed to improve poor lighting levels in its San Diego parking garage while reducing high utility costs, addressing safety concerns, and finding a way to add EV charging stations. The aging 1987 facility also required frequent maintenance using specialty high-reach equipment, and there was no budget available for a lighting upgrade.

ABM Industries delivered a comprehensive energy-efficient lighting and EV charging solution, including state-of-the-art T-8 lighting, high-efficiency T-5 fluorescent fixtures for rooftop and wall areas, and government grant support for EV stations, all financed with rebates and on-bill utility financing.
