Ably’s turnkey realtime platform (pub/sub messaging, presence, message history, push notifications, connection recovery, guaranteed delivery and encryption, plus protocol adapters and EU‑only storage) was integrated via REST/PHP and NodeJS libraries to power live vehicle tracking and status updates on Sanilea’s maps. The Ably solution now delivers around 35 million messages per month, freed engineering resources to focus on product improvements, and met Sanilea’s scalability, availability and cost requirements to support confident growth.
