The National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) is the largest U.S. nonprofit membership group serving hospice and palliative care providers and professionals across many disciplines. The relaunch drove strong results: about 20,500 members subscribe to at least one section, the community averages 510 posts per month (a 48% increase), membership grew nearly 50% in under a year, and event attendance rose 10–15%—all contributing to better member retention and more targeted outreach as NHPCO expands its netFORUM integrations.
