Campaign for Equal Justice (CEJ), a Portland-based legal aid nonprofit, relied on PayPal and bank portals for online donations, forcing donors off its site and creating duplicate, time-consuming data entry for staff. That process limited donor experience and made integration with its existing Abila Fundraising 50 donor database inefficient.

CEJ added Abila Fundraising Online and Sage Payment Solutions to embed donation forms directly on its website and automate gift entry into Fundraising 50. The change cut data-entry time by half and produced a 276% increase in online donations — with more online revenue in one December than all of the prior year.
