Abel Communications partnered with Modjeski and Masters, a leading bridge design and engineering firm, to tackle the challenge of engaging employees throughout the year-long celebration of the firm's 130th anniversary. The goal was to create an original content campaign that would maintain the celebration's momentum.

The solution from Abel Communications was the creative "#RoamingRalph" campaign, which involved a Flat Stanley-style cutout of the firm's founder. Employees took the cutout on their travels and work in the field. This resulted in Ralph visiting 8 countries and 21 states, generating over 100 photos, 33 social media posts, and more than 50,000 impressions across social platforms, successfully engaging the workforce all year.
