NEC Corporation of America sought to promote the large-scale adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot across its group companies. The challenge involved low active user rates, a lack of practical use cases tailored to specific operations, and an overburdened support office handling all user inquiries, which hindered the effective integration of generative AI into their business.

ABeam Consulting designed and implemented a framework to address this by creating operation-specific use cases, analyzing log data to draft targeted promotion measures, and building a community with content based on user behavior models. As a result, ABeam helped NEC dramatically increase active user rates, with 11 of 12 target companies meeting regular user goals; website traffic increased 60-fold, and the burden on the support office was reduced, successfully establishing an AI culture across the group.
