The college needed an automated, accurate and easy-to-use solution that non-technical staff could operate.
NETSPIDER India (NIIL) implemented ABBYY FormReader 6.5 with forms designed in FormDesigner and scanned on high-speed Canon scanners; data was processed through recognition, verification and export. Teachers, supported by NIIL, ran the process in-house, which systematized and accelerated admissions, improved accuracy, scalability and transparency, saved resources and ensured timely enrollment while proving the software user-friendly for non-IT staff.
