ABBYY FlexiCapture was integrated with SmartPayables within three months to automate scanning, OCR, field extraction, verification and export to the ERP. The solution now processes about 300,000 pages a year, reduced manual effort to three staff, raised invoice processing speed by 50%, and cut overall TCO by roughly 50–60%, while minimizing errors and accelerating end‑to‑end posting.
