ROSNO, one of Russia’s largest insurers with about 100,000 vehicles insured and a nationwide branch network, faced a surge in motor insurance applications—about 100 new forms daily—made more urgent by a new law making vehicle insurance mandatory. Manual processing took 30–40 minutes per application, which would have required hiring many additional operators to handle the increased volume.

The result was a fourfold reduction in processing time—average throughput rose from 25 to 100 policies per operator per day—improving staff efficiency and customer satisfaction while avoiding significant extra labor costs.
