Caisse d’Epargne Bretagne Pays de Loire, part of France’s Groupe BPCE, needed to modernise how it handled credit files after an internal review found tens of thousands of annual records (over 5 million pages) were being processed manually, causing slow throughput, errors and poor information flow that hampered decision making and customer service.
ADoC Solutions and Challenge Group implemented Scancredits, a web-based digitisation workflow built on ABBYY FlexiCapture: barcode separators and scanning, automated document classification and data extraction, and integration with back-end systems. The solution cut manual work, improved indexing accuracy and team efficiency, enhanced customer service, and has been rolled out to other areas such as litigation-recovery and HR.
