A global top‑20 logistics provider with an office in Dubai faced a growing paper bottleneck as rising trade volumes flooded customs with invoices, declarations and other multi‑page, multilingual documents that had to be submitted in CSV format. To meet Dubai Customs’ e‑government requirements and avoid manual rekeying, the company ran a tender and selected ABBYY FlexiCapture to automate document intake and data submission.
