Faced with large volumes of applicant documents (ID, payslips, bank statements) and strict regulatory checks, Freo’s manual paper-based processing was slow, labor-intensive and delayed decisions by weeks.
Working with DAVINCI, Freo implemented the Document Text Analyser (DTA) powered by ABBYY Recognition Server to classify documents, extract and verify data against business rules, and route results for automated processing. The solution reduced manual labor by about 60%, sped up decision-making (many applications now handled in under 48 hours), improved customer conversion and gave Freo a measurable competitive advantage while maintaining process quality.
