Eversheds deployed ABBYY FineReader Corporate Edition, sending paper invoices to a scanning service and using FineReader on terminal servers to convert images to text for upload into their financial software. The new workflow allowed multiple staff to work concurrently, nearly eliminated manual corrections, and significantly sped up the invoicing process while improving accuracy and reliability.
