Fancl Corporation, a leading preservative‑free skincare and supplement manufacturer with operations in Japan and Singapore, was processing over 3,000 customer survey forms monthly. Fancl implemented ABBYY FormReader 6.5 via partner SDB with Panasonic KV‑S1025C scanners to automate OCR/ICR/OMR capture, manual verification and CSV export into their CRM. The solution enabled processing of 3,000 forms per month, cut data‑entry time by over 70%, reduced data‑entry staff from six to two, and greatly reduced recognition errors while freeing administrators for other tasks.
