Working with Pericom, the facility deployed ABBYY FlexiCapture for Invoices with three scanning stations and two verification stations to capture, auto-learn and export structured invoice data directly into its financial system. Within a month productivity rose to 700 invoices per hour, processing time was cut by 50%, manpower fell nearly 60% (from six full-time staff to two full-time plus one part-timer), and invoice accuracy and operational efficiency significantly improved.
