Docuvix integrated ABBYY FlexiCapture (deployed by partner DIT) into its X-Smart FSSC platform, supporting both centralized and remote scanning, template-based extraction, image cleanup and high‑quality multilingual OCR (including Chinese). The result: single billing task times fell by up to 45%, input speed increased 3–10×, paper processing costs and turnaround dropped (over 50% in some cases), and captured data was exported to CRM/ERP systems to improve reporting, ROI and client service.
